I help women embrace feminine energy by holistically healing their spirituality, sexuality, and self-worth.

Together, we will gently unravel the roots of your unique (& valid) discontentment, develop skillsets of listening to your body’s innate wisdom, weed through your spiritual formation, and transform mother wounds.

Enjoy this 6 month long, online experience with female experts that share the knowledge we all deserve to understand and implement into each aspect of our day to day lives that honors our cyclical rhythm.

When I was working in youth ministry and beginning my journey through Seminary, I had the privilege of working with someone who strategically combined all my personality test results and wrote a summary about me…

I was only 22. Today, I am, in a career dedicated to creating space for deep, transformative conversations.

From spiritual direction and reiki, to sexual health practices and speaking to the divine nature of the feminine, I intentionally honor the spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional well-being of my clients in all of my services.

    If you’re ready to dive in asap: Menstrual Mystics is the best place to begin so you can become more in tune with your body. After this our future 1:1 sessions will be even more impactful.

  • Where one or two gather in His name, is a holy place. And in whatever spiritual practice we take part, we are opening up and laying down a picnic blanket that invites God to sit down with us. I know that this time and space we create together is sacred - and you’ll need to trust that despite the judgement that may or may not come from your church & we can definitely talk about that too.

  • Committing to your healing with me, consistently, is for the big (or on going) wounds. Many clients are struggle to prioritize themselves, so becoming a member holds you accountable to your journey.

    As a member you'll enjoy six months of discounted sessions, priority scheduling, & access to evening appointments so if these things feel aligned, it’s a no brainer!
